- By participating in Sweet Rewards, the participant agrees to comply with all program rules and policies.
- Valid at all Columbus and Dayton area Graeter’s® locations only. Each store is independently owned and operated.
- Terms and conditions of the Sweet Rewards program are subject to change.
- This program may be discontinued at any time.
- Points will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed.
- Cards cannot be linked, combined or merged.
- Only one Sweet Rewards card can earn points per transaction.
- The Sweet Rewards card has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
- Points are not earned for the purchase of gift cards, sundae services, Graeter’s online purchases, wholesale purchases, or on the payment of taxes.
- Maximum number of Sweet Rewards gifts earned per transaction is 3.

“Why should I register my Sweet Rewards™ Card?”
Three great reasons:
- 10 points are automatically added to your account.
- We can look up your account number on our registers so even if you forget your card, you can earn points.
- Registered card members will be the first to find out about new Graeter’s products and specials.
“I had 95 points and earned 20 more so I should have 115 points but my card only shows 15 points. Where did my points go?”
Once you reach 100 points, a certificate automatically prints at the register and 100 points are subtracted from your account. You can redeem your certificate for $5 off your next visit, a summer T-shirt (while supplies last) or other fun items.
“How will I know which menu items are worth bonus and double points?”
All bonus and double point menu items will be identified in the store. If you are unsure, please ask a team member. The cash register will automatically add bonus and double points to your card upon purchase.
“Can I get points credited if I forget my card?”
Yes! If your card is registered, we can look it up on our system at the time of purchase. Unfortunately however, we cannot credit a card with points after a transaction has been completed.
“I have two Sweet Rewards cards. Can I combine them?”
We do not have the system capability to combine cards. You can either keep both cards or give one to a friend (make sure your friend edits any registration information).
“I am buying Graeter’s® products/items for both my friend and me and we each have a card. Can points from one transaction be placed on more than one account?”
Our system will not allow us to award points to multiple cards on the same transaction. The only way for both cards to get points is to pay for the items separately.
“Can I put money on my Sweet Rewards card and use it like a gift card?”
Sweet Rewards™ cards are customer loyalty cards only and are not setup for money to be added to them. We do have gift cards available. Please see your neighborhood store for more information on Graeter’s gift cards.
“Why can’t I get credit for online purchases at graeters.com or for Graeter’s items at the grocery store?”
The only way for us to track the points is through our cash registers at Graeter’s® retail locations in Columbus and Dayton.
“Why can’t I use my Sweet Rewards card at Graeter’s locations other than at stores in the Columbus and Dayton areas?”
Columbus and Dayton are test markets for the Sweet Rewards™ program. The success of the program in these two markets will be a consideration in determining whether to implement the program at other Graeter’s® locations.
